Reservation Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

This Reservation Agreement (these “Terms” or “Agreement”) is between TR Customs LLC dba Outpost Campers(“Outpost”, “us”, or “we”) and the person (“you”) placing a reservation for the Outpost 8.0 Camper (“Camper”). By submitting your Reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Reservation

By submitting your reservation and paying the $100.00 USD Reservation Fee, you are securing a priority position to purchase an Outpost 8.0 when it enters production.

  • Not a Purchase: This Agreement is not a bill of sale or a contract for purchase.
  • No Obligation: You are under no obligation to purchase a Camper, and Outpost is under no obligation to sell you a Camper.
  • Timeline: Customer deliveries are estimated to begin in late summer 2026, though this date is subject to change based on manufacturing and supply chain factors.

2. Eligibility

To place a Reservation, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or Canada. This offer is valid only for individual consumers; high-volume resellers are not eligible.

3. Reservation Fee

The $100.00 USD Reservation Fee is fully refundable at any time prior to the execution of a final Camper Purchase Agreement.

  • Handling of Funds: These fees will not be held in a separate escrow account and will not earn interest for the depositor.
  • Application of Credit: If you proceed with a purchase, this $100 fee will be applied as a credit toward the final purchase price.

4. Pricing and Specifications

The Outpost 8.0 is currently in the pre-production phase.

  • Subject to Change: All stated features, weights, dimensions, and materials are prototypes. Outpost reserves the right to modify specifications without notice to improve the product or respond to material availability.
  • Price Estimates: Any pricing shared at this stage is a “target estimate.” Final pricing will be established at the time you are invited to place a formal order and will be detailed in your specific Camper Purchase Agreement.

5. Order Process and Priority

As production nears, Outpost will invite reservation holders to “convert” their reservation into a firm order.

  • Priority: Your place in the queue is generally determined by your Reservation date, but may also be influenced by final configuration choices and manufacturing batches.
  • Formal Agreement: To complete a purchase, you will be required to sign a separate Camper Purchase Agreement and pay a larger, non-refundable production deposit.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Reservation at any time for any reason.

  • Process: To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or via our contact page at outpost-campers.com/contact-us/.
  • Timing: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request.

7. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree that Outpost Representatives may contact you via email, phone, or text message regarding your Reservation, product updates, and marketing news. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Legal Limitations (The “Fine Print”)

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outpost’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount of the Reservation Fee ($100.00). In no event shall Outpost be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. You agree that any legal proceedings will be handled through binding arbitration in La Plata County, Colorado, as detailed in Outpost’s standard Terms and Conditions.
Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire agreement regarding your Reservation. No oral promises or marketing materials override the terms stated here.
