We’ve been getting alot of questions about the power system we include standard in every Outpost 6.5 that we build. We created this video to give you an in depth tour of the system that we use, what’s great about it, and how you can use all of this power to your advantage when you’re out camping!
What are the power system options?
Standard Features
- 250w Solar Panel (on roof)
- 2kw Lithium Battery
- Ecoflow Power Hub
- Ecoflow Control Panel
- Solar Port (on side of camper)
- 4x 110v Plug-Ins
- 4x 12v USB Plug-Ins
Optional Add-Ons
- Additional 250w Solar Panel (on roof)
- Additional 2kw Lithium Battery
- Fold Out 400w Solar Panel
What if I want A/C?
We recommend adding the additional battery and solar panels if you plan to use the A/C off-grid. With this set-up we have been able to run the A/C, fridge, and lights while still charging our batteries (in optimal solar conditions with added rooftop solar and folding solar panel). This is part of what makes the Outpost 6.5 a true four season truck camper.
