Off-Grid Electrical System Overview

We’ve been getting alot of questions about the power system we include standard in every Outpost 6.5 that we build. We created this video to give you an in depth tour of the system that we use, what’s great about it, and how you can use all of this power to your advantage when you’re out camping!

What are the power system options?

Where are the Outlets?
What if I want A/C?

We recommend adding the additional battery and solar panels if you plan to use the A/C off-grid. With this set-up we have been able to run the A/C, fridge, and lights while still charging our batteries (in optimal solar conditions with added rooftop solar and folding solar panel). This is part of what makes the Outpost 6.5 a true four season truck camper.
