1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the site and any transactions conducted through it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this site and make purchases. Our products and services are intended for consumers located in North America.

3. Privacy Policy

4. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Outpost Campers, including calls, texts, and emails, regarding your orders and inquiries. Standard messaging rates may apply.

5. Preorder Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,250 is required to reserve your Outpost 6.5 camper. This deposit will be applied to the purchase price upon completion of the sale.

Refunds: You may request a refund of your deposit within 5 days after you make payment, by contacting us via email. We will process the refund within 21 days of receiving your request. After the five day window deposits will no longer be refundable.

Production Timeline: Current estimated lead time for camper production is listed at the top of our website. This timeline is subject to change based on production capacity and supply chain factors.

Final Purchase Agreement: Prior to delivery, you will be required to sign a Camper Purchase Agreement, which will outline the final terms and conditions of your purchase.

6. Product Information

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outpost Campers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
