Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the site and all transactions conducted through it.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Our products and services are intended for consumers located in the United States and Canada.
3. Privacy & Communication Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Outpost Campers regarding your orders, including transactional texts and emails.
4. Product Reservations & Pre-Orders Outpost Campers offers two ways to secure a production spot:
Early Reservations (e.g., Outpost 8.0): Requires a fully refundable $100 fee. This secures a priority spot but does not guarantee final pricing or specifications.
Pre-Orders (e.g., Outpost 6.5): Requires a $1,250 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable after a five (5) day “change of mind” window.
Conflict of Terms: If you sign a specific Reservation Agreement or Purchase Agreement, the terms of that specific document will take precedence over these general website terms.
5. Production Timelines & Pricing All lead times are estimates and are subject to change due to supply chain factors or production capacity. Pricing listed on the site is subject to change until a final Purchase Agreement is executed. Posted prices do not include taxes, registration fees, or delivery charges.
6. Safety & Vehicle Compatibility The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle has the appropriate payload capacity and equipment to safely carry an Outpost Camper. Outpost Campers is not liable for damage or accidents resulting from improper installation, overloading, or unsafe off-road operation.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outpost Campers’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or “loss of use” damages.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in La Plata County, CO, rather than in court.
