Standard Features

Everything listed below comes in the standard Outpost 6.5 build.

The 5 kilowatt hour LFP battery is the heart of the electrical system, running the refrigerator, fan, lights, and cooktop for days without hookups. LFP chemistry delivers thousands of charge cycles, and a 3,600 watt inverter handles anything you would plug in at home.

A 250 watt rooftop panel keeps the battery topped off any time the sun is out. Park the camper, set up, and let the refrigerator run indefinitely without a generator.

An external solar port comes wired from the factory, so plugging in a portable panel takes seconds. Chase the sun while the camper stays parked in the shade, no tools or rewiring required.

EcoFlow touchscreen console with Wifi/Bluetooth capability for monitoring the electrical system anywhere in the world.

Three independent ways to charge come standard: rooftop solar, a 60 amp DC-DC charger that tops off the battery from your alternator while you drive, and 30 amp shore power when you are plugged in. You are never relying on just one.

Powder-coated aluminum cabinetry instead of wood. It will not swell, warp, or rattle apart on washboard roads, it wipes clean in seconds, and it saves weight doing all of it. They also feature dimmable LED lights underneath.

Four mechanical jacks with chucks for your cordless drill, so the camper comes on and off the truck in minutes. No motors to burn out, no hydraulics to leak, and your truck is free for errands mid-trip.

Double-pane acrylic windows and a locking door with a screen come standard. Real insulation against the cold, a cross-breeze on summer nights, and fresh air without the bugs.

A comfortable spot for meals, maps, and laptop time by day, and it converts into a roughly twin-size sleeping space when a third person joins the trip.

The roof-mounted Maxxair fan moves serious air in both directions. Pull cool night air through the camper or push cooking heat out, and keep it running even when the weather turns.

Two hatches in the floor swallow the bulky, awkward gear: camp chairs, leveling blocks, recovery equipment. Out of sight, out of the aisle, and exactly where you left them.

The 90 liter 12V refrigerator holds a long weekend of food for two, or about 50 cans of your beverage of choice (we counted). It sips power, so it runs happily off the standard battery and rooftop solar.

A portable induction cooktop means zero propane anywhere in this camper. Cook at the counter inside, or carry it out to the picnic table on nice nights. Fast, precise, and it wipes clean.

A deep stainless steel sink with drop-in cutting board may make you forget you are in your camper and not in your dream kitchen at home.

Twenty gallons of onboard fresh water covers days of drinking, cooking, and cleanup for 2-3 people. The rear quick-release hose allows for showers, rinses muddy boots, and sprays off the dog.

Bamboo countertops and bench tops bring a warm, finished feel to the galley. Durable, easy to clean, and a big part of why the camper feels like a cabin instead of a cargo box.

5” thick memory foam mattress comes standard for the best night of sleep in your camper.

You never know when nature will make its call. Don’t fret, every Outpost 6.5 comes with a removable cassette style toilet that stores nicely in a compartment at the rear of the camper thats easy to use inside or outside of the camper.

Optional Add-Ons

Below are the currently available add-ons you can select to add to your Outpost 6.5 build.

Mount your Starlink Mini inside the cabinet against your camper’s ceiling and power it straight from DC with the included USB-C Power Delivery plug. Clean, secure, and always ready when you are. Patent pending.

Weight: ~1 lbs

Diesel-fired heat that sips fuel and runs all night while barely touching the battery, contained in a box outside the living space. Combustion stays outside, dry warm air stays in, and the water system stays above freezing.

Weight (Empty): 31 lbs

A bolt-on rear ladder for quick, secure roof access. Strap gear to the roof rack, check the solar panel, or climb up for the sunset without balancing on a tire.

Weight: 10 lbs

Adds a full enclosure next to the cassette toilet area to create a real indoor shower. Pair it with the On-Demand Hot Water add-on for hot showers in January without leaving the camper.

Weight: ~2 lbs

Add up to four MOLLE panels for mounting gear exactly where you want it: recovery boards, tools, camp kitchen kits, first aid. Click your pouches on and stop digging through bins.

Weight: 8 lbs

Takes rooftop solar from 250 to 500 watts. More margin on cloudy days, faster recovery after a cold night, and more headroom for big power days off grid.

Weight: 30 lbs

A spring element system that sits under the mattress and upgrades an already good bed into a great one. Better airflow underneath, softer and more even support on top, and no modifications needed.

Weight: ~5 lbs

Extra width for the front camper jacks allows for easier loading on trucks with wider stances or with accessories.

A 48 volt DC air conditioner that runs off the battery system, no generator or shore power required. Real air conditioning miles from the nearest outlet. Adding the A/C replaces the Maxxair Deluxe fan, and a smaller Maxxair Dome fan is installed alongside it.

Weight: 42 lbs

Adds windows to the front panel for more light and a bigger view from the cabover bed. Wake up, look out, and check the weather without leaving the covers.

A full roof rack for the gear that fits nowhere else: kayaks, skis, cargo boxes, or an extra spare. Built to the same standard as the camper underneath it. Maximum load 250 lbs.

Weight: 21 lbs

Hot water the moment you open the tap, no tank to heat and nothing to run out. Pairs with the Indoor Shower Enclosure for full indoor showers, and makes the sink and outdoor hose far more useful.

Rated to raise water temperature approximately 40 degrees from ambient water tank temp at 0.5 GPM

A portable 400 watt panel that plugs straight into the prewired external port. Set it in the sun while the camper sits in the shade and add a serious chunk of daily power.

An insulated cover for the rear door that adds one more layer between you and the cold. A small price for noticeably warmer nights.

Weight: ~1 lb
